He said, “It was a creative decision that we felt would streamline the process and give us more efficiency, given the detailed thrust and layout we were already doing.”

Griffith also said that he certainly does pay attention to all of the feedback that he’s been getting online that has been both good and bad. He said, “You used to wait weeks before people would write their letters telling you how much they hate what you’re doing. Now you can find out by the end of the day.”
