Royal Family News says that while they might look like they have a perfect marriage, their looks certainly are deceiving. Of course, we are talking about Prince William and Kate Middleton as it seems like the two royals have their good days and bad days, just like any other married couple out there. That shouldn’t be surprising to anyone, right? Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to Fox News, one source close to the situation says that while Prince William and Kate Middleton always look like they are at ease with one another during their royal engagements and public appearances, that’s not always the case behind closed doors. In fact, it seems like the Prince and Princess of Wales certainly do get into a lot of nasty fights when no one is looking! But then again, many married couples certainly do the same thing, right? No one wants to air their dirty laundry in public, now do they?
One tipster even said, “Someone at the palace told me about the nicknames they have for each other. But it’s not all sweetness. They have terrible rows where they throw things at each other. Kate might seem to be a very calm person, and William also. But it’s not always true. Because the big stress for William and Kate is that they’re constantly surrounded by [palace aides]. It’s like a Jane Austen novel.”
If that weren’t enough, their arguments are of the epic kind. The source continued, “Of course, privately, William and Kate, like all couples, fall out, row, shout at each other and say unkind things to each other, but Kate is an appeaser by instinct and William always gives way as he had more than enough emotional turmoil, divorce and disruption as a child. He hates confrontation.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter, but at this point it’s doubtful that they will.
