Royal Family News: Who Is Lilibet Diana’s Secret Godmother?

While we all know that Hollywood actor and director Tyler Perry is indeed Lilibet Diana’s Godfather, a lot of people can’t help but wonder who might be the little tot’s secret and perhaps even famous Godmother. So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have kept that information to themselves, prompting a lot of people to wonder if the Godmother is someone super famous or if it’s someone that is very close to the family. Either way, it certainly has gotten a lot of royal fans guessing as to who she might be. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Royal Family News: Who Is Lilibet Diana’s Secret Godmother?

As many royal fans know already, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have kept their inner circle pretty tight. Even though they are estranged from most members of the royal family and have cut off communication from the Markle family too, they are still surrounded by a few selected family members and their circle of friends. Say what you will about Meghan, but she still has the same friends she made while she was in college and is particularly close to her niece and Samantha Markle’s daughter, Ashleigh Hale. There’s a good possibility that Ashleigh might even be Lilibet’s Godmother.

Then again, there’s also a chance that Oprah Winfrey might be Princess Lilibet’s Godmother, too. One of the reasons why Harry and Meghan would want to keep that as a secret is because that piece of information would explode if it were to ever make the headlines. But if it’s not Oprah, then it’s a chance that the Godmother might also be someone famous like Serena Williams, who is still good friends with Meghan, or heck even Mariah Carey, Priyanka Chopra or Janina Gavankar. 

Is Princess Eugenie The Godmother?

There’s also the possibility that Prince Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie might be the Godmother, too. The royal was actually spotted in Los Angeles during the same time that Harry and Meghan had Lilibet’s christening.
