General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Encourages Sasha to Move Forward — Is it the Right Time?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) can’t stop thinking about her gal pal, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson). Ever since Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) suggested to Maxie that Sasha was romantically involved with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Maxie can’t help but wonder if Sasha is ready to move on with someone — anyone. Obviously, Sasha does not have her sights set on Chase, who is clearly still in love with Brook Lynn. However, there might be someone else Sasha is interested in, and it never occurred to Maxie until now.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sasha Has Been Grieving

Sasha may have made it abundantly clear to Brook Lynn that she isn’t interested in Chase, but that doesn’t mean Sasha isn’t ready to explore the idea of finding love again. Ever the romantic at heart, Maxie will convince herself that is just what Sasha needs. She has healed considerably since her breakdown last year. She has made peace with Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) death and even confronted the woman who killed him — Heather Webber (Alley Mills). When Maxie notices Sasha just might feel more comfortable with some friendly flirtation that she alluded to when speaking to Brook Lynn, she just might encourage her to keep moving in that direction.

GH Spoilers Hint Her Personal Life is Kind of a Mess

Admittedly, Sasha would be the first person to tell anyone her life is a mess. She’s not in the market for romance or looking to invite someone else into the disaster that she has been living through since Brando’s death and her mental spiraling out of her control.

When Maxie suggests that she find someone who is understanding of her circumstances to spend time with, Sasha is going to think that’s a preposterous suggestion and assume no one on this planet would be open to dating a woman who isn’t even in control of paying for her own meals. She’d be wrong.

General Hospital Spoilers — She Needs Someone Who Can Relate

Sasha just needs to find someone to spend time with that understands what it’s like to be down on their luck and need time to recoup their losses. No one understands that better than Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), and luckily, they’re already friends. Every time Sasha bumps into Cody, she does leave feeling lighter than when she came. In addition, it seems like Cody has been looking out for Sasha, such as sending Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) her way when she snuck into the interrogation room at the PCPD pretending to be Heather’s lawyer just so she could confront her face to face.
