There are new reports that say actor Joshua Hoffman will be playing Ridge, Jr., the son of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). If Joshua looks familiar, that’s because he most certainly is. The actor has had previous parts on Shameless and Criminal Minds. Of course, many The Bold and the Beautiful fans did have a lot to say about the casting on social media. Some comments included, “It’s about time RJ comes back and hopefully is a thorn in Taylor and her tot’s sides,” along with, “Yaaaassss, we finally got RJ BACK!!!”

A third fan said, “This is great. The soap definitely needs more characters to mix things up a bit. I have a feeling that Ridge Jr. has some trouble he’s bringing with him.”
