The Young and the Restless spoilers say that while a lot of people could say a lot of things about a persona like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), if there’s one thing that he isn’t, it’s a fool. Or so we thought. Everyone can’t help but wonder what Jack was thinking, or at least what was going through his head when he decided that he wanted to propose to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Well, unfortunately for Jack, he didn’t get the reaction that he was hoping for from his future possible wife. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Jack gets down on one bent knee and asks the all important question to Diane. As many fans know, the two of them have been hiding out in the Abbott cabin together. However, the look on Diane’s face says that she’s certainly not in the marrying mode right now.
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some comments included, “It’s sad to see Jack as such a sap. Diane has done nothing but, continually cause chaos and drama, for everyone since she got back to Genoa City. #YR this SL is shoved down our throats constantly. How about y’all give us some Mariah, Tessa, and baby time. Anyone but Diane!” song with, “She’s probably already married and forgot to mention that too with all her other lies she failed to mention till Phyliss found out and called her out on it.”
Another critic wrote, “Based on their history, I like Jack and Diane. But the writing for both, and everyone else on the show is garbage. No believable drama, logic or hot couples. If this is all Josh Griffith is capable of, just cancel the show. Death by a thousand boring stories is too painful.With that said I have a feeling that she is married to Stark.”
