The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s one person that you can’t trust in this fictional town of Genoa City, it’s Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is about to learn that the hard way. Keep reading below for everything that you need to know.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Has Diane On Pins And Needles

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, now that Jeremy is abc from Europe and determined to find Diane, he enlists Phyllis to help him with his search. Little doe he know that Diane is actually hiding out with Jack at the Abbott cabin. 

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, The Young and the Restless Executive Producer and Head Writer Josh Griffith previews, “Let’s say Phyllis is working in tandem with Jeremy. She’d never admit that she’s working for Jeremy. She’s bringing her own moxie to the plan.”

However, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that there’s no doubt that Phyllis’ own hatred for Diane is leading her down a dangerous path, too. Griffth adds, “This obsession is so overtaking everything else that she’s reaching a point to the detriment of her relationships with Summer, with Daniel, and even with her best friends, Michael and Lauren. Phyllis just can’t let go of this sense that Diane has stolen the life that she should have had.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Diane?

While trying to look for Diane, Phyllis discovers that Kyle has ordered a delivery to the cabin. She then calls the landline and wouldn’t you know, Diane answers. Phyllis hangs up the phone. 

Griffith says, “This freaks Diane out. If she knew it was Phyllis, Diane would just be annoyed. But she thinks that it couldn’t have been Jeremy on the other end and now he has found her,” while also adding, “Phyllis will justify what she’s doing till her dying breath. However, she doesn’t know that everything is about to blow up in her face.”
