General Hospital news says that while his time in Port Charles was certainly a quick one, it didn’t take him very long to find another acting gig pretty fast! Of course, we are talking about actor Adam Huss, who recently took on the role of Nikolas Cassadine after Marcus Coloma left the show. Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital Star Adam Huss (Nikolas Cassadine) Has A New Job Already!

According to new reports, Adam is starring in the new romantic comedy, My Best Friend’s Wedding Planner, which is currenlty available to rent or buy on Amazon Prime Video and other online streaming sites.

Adam shared the exciting news on his Instagram account and wrote, “Check out my latest flick. Written by the stellar Michael Varrati, produced by the awesome David Latt and David Rimawi, crewed by all the amazing folks I fell in love with in New Mexico, and starring too many dynamic, rad people to tag on here!”

General Hospital News: What’s Next For Adam?

Earlier in the month, many General Hosptial fans were shocked to hear the news that Adam would be taking over as the new Nikolas, as some people were hoping that it would be actor Tyler Christopher instead. Either way, Adam made it no secret that he was excited with his temporary job when he wrote on Instagram, “If that ain’t a soap opera glare I don’t know what is! So honored to be back on @generalhospitalabc today as #nikolascassadine.”

Before that though, Marcus also said that he was pretty bummed that his contract with the hit ABC soap was not renewed, as he was hoping for. He said, “It’s hard to even say it. I get so sad when I think about it. Look, I don’t know what I can or can’t say, other than what an incredible ride. There’s such a family feel at General Hospital, which I felt so blessed to be part of.”

Congratulations to Adam on his new role. There’s no doubt that fans already miss him on General Hospital and are probably hoping to see him again on the canvas real soon. Watch this space.
