This is definitely a match made in daytime television heaven. The Young and the Restless alum Justin Hartley recently admitted that he can’t wait to work side by side with his beautiful bride, Sofia Pernas, who is also an alum of the hit CBS soap. Here’s what he has to say.
Speaking to E! News in a new interview, Justin said that he would absolutely jump at the chance to work with his beautiful wife, who he first met during his daytime television years so many years ago. He said, “Absolutely we’ll do that. For sure. It’s amazing. It’s good for the environment too. You can carpool and everything, so it’s wonderful.”
While it doesn’t seem like Justin and Sofia would be interested in doing a The Young and the Restless reunion again (too bad, right?!), there’s always the possibility that they could work on a future primetime project together. After all, Justin’s got quite a few of them in his pipeline right now. He added, “I’ve got The Never Game coming to CBS. We got the rights to a book called The Never Game—best-selling book New York Times, so we’re optioning that and playing the lead character.”
Back on January 29, Sofia paid tribute to her husband by sharing several throwback photos of the two of them together and captioned them with, “Happy Birthday to this stud of a husband – a man who says hell yes to a pink suit and cannonballs into every adventure we have together. Thank you for loving me like you do, and being everything I would have wished for in a partner and then some. Here’s to you!”
Sofia has surely been making a lot of headlines ever since she got with Justin Hartley. But that’s not a bad thing at all! As many fans can recall, Justin Hartley pulled the plug on his marriage to hi ex-wife Chrishell Stause back in November of 2019. And from what we can tell, these two love birds have never been happier in their lives.
