General Hospital Spoilers: Time To Live It Up — Or Die — On Spoon Island

For some reason, the New Your criminal justice system forgot that Ferncliff existed and two hardened and crazy criminals have been hanging out at Spring Ridge with their amnesiac, clueless, and pregnant daughter. We all know how horrible the security at Spring Ridge is so of course, they all managed to escape, although for Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), it was unwillingly.

Now, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is running around with a hook and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is walking around with a gun and Esme is ready to have her baby. This is not what Ava Jerome (Maura West) was prepared for during her second night living alone on Spoon Island. She thought she would just be moving her supposedly-dead husband’s body after allegedly killing him with a paperweight the night before, so let the party begin.

Ryan And Heather Are Nuttier Than Ever

As a horrified Esme looks on, she learns just how crazy the people who claim to be her parents really are. Ryan thinks he hit paydirt in the best way possible finding both Ava and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) at Wyndemere, both blondes who have been the object of his obsession.

“He was just going after Ava,” Jon Lindstrom said in the February 23, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “So, to have them both standing right there in front of him, it’s a dream come true.“

While Ryan logically knows he has to get the heck out of there with Heather and Esme, he can’t choose which woman to take with them. “He can’t see past the fact that this opportunity is too good to pass up. He really has lost all sense of rationale at this point.”

Ryan’s actions lead a terrified Esme to try to escape on the island and he chases after her only to send her into labor. Ryan is thrilled as he may be the one to end up with Esme’s baby unless someone stops him quickly — and someone may indeed to that.
