General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Relays the Truth About Esme to Spencer and Trina

General Hospital spoilers reveal Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) has just discovered Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) broke out of Spring Ridge and no one knows where she is. This also means the baby she is carrying that Spencer intended to seek custody of is missing, too. He thought he was already having a rough day, finding out that his dad, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) skipped town without so much as a goodbye.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has had one of the most traumatic nights of her life. Finding out Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) may not be her biological father, and that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) may be her dad, would have been crushing on its own. But knowing her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) knew for her entire life that she may have been Curtis’ child and chose to keep it from everyone is what really broke her heart. What Trina and Spencer both need is a good distraction, and that’s just what they’re about to be handed.

When Spencer tracked Trina down, she was having a rather personal moment with Marcus that her “dad” clearly didn’t want to end, but Trina was ready to be done with the day. Besides, Spencer had very important news to share with her. When Trina learns that Esme is on the loose, it’s going to leave her rather rattled all over again, despite knowing she cannot possibly be the person being The Hook killer’s facade.

In the midst of this, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are touching base with anyone they can back in Port Charles to alert everyone to Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) status as Esme’s birth father. When Sam calls her mom, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and shares the news, Alexis will race to make sure that the rest of her family stays safe while Ryan is on the loose with Esme and either one of them could be The Hook.

When Alexis catches up with Spencer, he’ll warn her he already knows Esme busted out of Spring Ridge. Little does he know, she wasn’t alone. It may be Alexis who puts the pieces together of how Heather Webber (Alley Mills) plays into all of this, but that’s not the most alarming part for any of them. When Spencer and Trina hear that Esme is Ryan’s daughter, they’re going to be stunned.
