According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, John and Steve arrive at Statesville with a plan to even the score with Orpheus. But the two men know that this won’t be an easy challenge.

George DelHoyo, who plays Orpheus on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way, “John and Steve are dressed like orderlies. Orpheus asks a question and John turns around. Then Patch comes out. Initially, Orpheus has a typical sardonic response to their arrival. Then they tell him, ‘We’ve come here to kill you. You are dead. You are finished. They’re very serious about it.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Orpheus knows that he has to fight back. George says, “He’s able to play psychological games with John and Steve. He suggests they consider other options and possibilities, and weigh their priorities.”

And that moment, Orpheus pulls a trump card and announces that he knows who stole the orchid. The actor further explains, “He halts things by dangling this information. He’s like, ‘You can do it, but then you will never know who stole it. You will always wonder.’”

Of course, Steve thinks that he is lying while it’s John who is more inclined to hear what he has to say next. But realizing that things could easily go wrong at any moment, Steve decides to proceed as planned – regardless of what the outcome may be.
