There’s some wild speculation that Liam Spencer might end up spending more time with Steffy Forrester now that it looks like Douglas will be spending more time with her, too. As many The Bold and the Beautiful fans have figured out by now, Liam has played a very integral part in Douglas’ life. Even though it was Hope Logan who had officially adopted little Douglas after it was established that his own father Thomas Forrester couldn’t take care of him, Liam stepped in as a second father figure to the little boy. And along with their daughter Beth, Liam and Hope managed to build their dream family that they thought they would never have. It wasn’t easy at first, but the couple did everything to make it work.

Well, now that Doulgas is going to be spending more time with the Forrester family – his own family – there’s a very good chance that Liam might follow suit. After all, he did this before when everyone thought that Baby Beth was Steffy’s real adopted daughter. While Liam just wanted to help Steffy raise her two children – including their shared daughter Phoebe – it was pretty obvious that he wanted to spend time with Steffy as well.

So, does this mean that Liam is looking to hook up with Steffy again? Possibly. This is a man who has been “waffling” between both Steffy and Hope for so many years and seeing how he’s someone who doesn’t know how to break a bad habit, he’s going to do it again.
