General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Confides in T.J. — Who Struggles With What to Do

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) needs someone to talk to who understands her family as well as she does. As much as Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) wants to be there for her right now, he isn’t family, just like Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) had noted. Of course, Spencer knows a thing or two about parents who betray their children, but Trina needs to figure this out with her family first. Now that T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) is her family, Trina is hoping he might be able to help her figure out how to best handle the truth her mom has just unloaded. She knows it’s a risk confiding in T.J. about his uncle being her father, but she feels she has nowhere else to turn.

General Hospital Spoilers — T.J. is Floored

When Trina tells T.J. she may be his cousin in a way he never expected, he will be stunned. T.J. is a practical guy though, and he always errs with caution and gives people the benefit of the doubt. That won’t be any different when it comes to Portia and why she kept this secret from everyone. T.J. is going to urge Trina to give her mother a chance to explain herself. T.J. will not be surprised to find out Stella had anything to do with the secret coming out, and neither he nor Trina will hold her accountable for that. Stella has apparently learned her lessons about secrets.

GH Spoilers Hint T.J. Realizes His Mother Knew

That being said, it won’t take long for T.J. to recall his conversation with his own mother, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), on Curtis and Portia’s wedding day. He will realize quickly that his mother knew, and he might start wondering how long she was keeping this secret, too. Maybe Jordan has learned her lesson as well. She knew Curtis should hear the truth from Portia — not her, but when it became clear that Portia was going to marry Curtis anyway, should Jordan have stepped in? It’s easier for T.J. to suggest than for Jordan to have done such. When he mentions his mom to Trina though, he’ll notice right away that she wasn’t aware Jordan knew about any of it.

Stella obviously knew the truth and kept it from Trina just like Portia did, but finding out Jordan knew, too, is going to lead Trina to wondering just how many people might have been conspiring to keep her out of the loop. When Trina heads to find Jordan and confront her about how long she’s known Curtis might be her father and why she didn’t blow the whistle instead of passing the buck to Stella, it won’t be an easy conversation for Jordan to have.
