General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) suspicions bring Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) fears. Why so many questions about Trina’s high school genealogy project and why is she reopening it?

General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson’s Asking Her Uncle Questions

Portia finds out Trina’s been asked questions about her high school genealogy project and the unknown relative by both Stella Henry (Vernée Watson) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and she’s afraid. Now she’s asking her Uncle Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) about possible Port Charles relatives and reopening her genealogy site account; none of the family knows about her short affair! She never told anyone on her side of the family, but somehow his side and his ex-wife know it all, all the gory details – probably from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) himself.

Curtis broke it off as soon as she found out Portia was married, and this happened when Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) was gone on DEA missions for months on end. A young girl gets lonely and vulnerable when her man is gone all the time, and Trina was conceived within a couple weeks of his coming home for a visit.

GH Spoilers: No One Can Find Out – Not This Way

Portia is very afraid of what will happen if Curtis and Trina find out the truth on their own, not to mention her embarrassment when her family finds out. Her father, Sterling Robinson (Ricco Ross) will find out, and Zeke will find out, and her poor mother who is bedbound will need to be protected from the truth.

She’s got a bad heart and she may not be able to withstand the shock, a good religious woman to find out her daughter cheated on such a good man! It will be even more of a betrayal for Marcus, who worked so hard to keep things going when Portia was a young medical student with a young daughter at home. Even though they eventually divorced, he was always there for Trina and she was the light of his sometimes dark world.

General Hospital Spoilers: Portia Robinson’s Already Feeling Guilty

Portia’s already feeling guilty and torn, and she made a decision to postpone their wedding at the last minute until Curtis’ Auntie Stella felt better and could at least attend. Everyone was kind and understanding, and Zeke and Sterling have nurses from the hospital where Sterling works getting paid to provide home care for Mama, until they return. But what Portia’s real reason to postpone was, was her guilt at keeping this very important information from Curtis – he had even asked her if Trina was his when they reconnected.

But Portia didn’t want to destroy Trina and Marcus’ lives, so she lied – and now she’s worried Trina will be the little detective who finds out on her own. The pressure is on even worse than it was, when Stella and Trina thought there was just a glitch in the system and it was showing wrong-if only!
