Days of Our Lives spoilers say that sooner or later, fans knew that this was going to happen. Lindsay Arnold has announced that she is saying good-bye to Salem. And of course, viewers certainly do have a lot to say about her departure. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to new reports, Lindsay has wrapped up filming her last scene as baker Allie Horton. However, there’s no word on when her last episode will air. As many fans probably already know, the young actress joined the soap back in 2019 and was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Performer in a Drama Series in 2022.
Of course, many Days of Our Lives fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some comments included, “I liked Ally, I just wish she’d had a different path. They loaded her up with too much too fast – r*pe victim, pregnancy, business owner and a revolving door of love interests with ZERO breaks in between. Back in the day I would complain about Days moving too slow. Well, that changed,” along with, “Oh no, bummer! She and Alex were fire! I thought just like Sami became queen-bee at DeMira; Sami 2.0 could become queen-bee at Kiriakis empire. Oh well. I wish the actress much success in her career. Shine Lindsey shine!”
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Fans Want To See Allie Return To Salem In A Few Months
Another critic wrote, “Perhaps they’ll recast and bring her back in several months. Probably making some budgetary room for Peter Reckell, Kristian Alfonso & Steve Burton. Maybe she’ll come back to town pregnant with Alex’s baby.”
