The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that for once, it seems like these two are putting their differences aside to finally act like adults. Or at least, so it seems. After Hope rejected Thomas’ plea to help get his job back at Forrester Creations, he retaliates by petitioning the court regarding custody of his son Douglas. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Thomas makes it known to Hope that he’s not playing around, especially when it comes to getting the things that he wants. But at the same time, this battle for Douglas has pitted the Forresters against the Logans. Actress Annika Noelle, who plays Hope Logan on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way to the publication, “Douglas assures Liam and Hope the night before that he wants to live with them. This gives Hope the courage to agree to Thomas’s idea and go to court. She feels confident that Douglas considers the cabin his home and will want to live with them. She is at peace with this, as it will hopefully bring a more permanent solution to the ongoing back and forth and add more stability to Douglas’s life.”
Soon after Thomas makes his heartfelt admission in front of the judge, Hope continues to stand her ground though as she believes she knows what’s best for Douglas. Annika adds, “While she is moved by the speech, Hope still believes that her home is the best stable home environment for Douglas. Until Thomas can prove that he won’t use his son as a pawn for his schemes and truly goes to an objective psychiatrist to get help, she will be wary.”
It sounds as though Hope is not going to make things very easy on Thomas at all. Of course, fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!
