General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, February 6-Friday, February 10 tease major decisions, intense confrontations, and a woman’s bloody hand? Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) makes a major decision, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) has an intense confrontation, and is that Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) bloody hand?

General Hospital Spoilers: Major Decision

Elizabeth makes a major decision and shares it with Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in his office at the hospital. She came clean to him about her involvement in Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) kidnapping and captivity of a pregnant Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Nikolas made her an accomplice, legally, and she has to do something about it.

Elizabeth tells Finn that she knows what she has to do. She has to turn herself into the police.

GH Spoilers: Spencer Cassadine Makes A Stand

In a hallway at the hospital, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) continues to plead for peace between her son and grandson, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Spencer makes a stand, and tells a horrified Laura that he’s had enough and he’s not going to let Nikolas destroy anyone else. He fully intends to fight him for custody of Esmé’s unborn baby because he won’t inflict his father on his baby sibling. He’s already talked to Attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) about it.

General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Robinson Talks To TJ Ashford

Elsewhere, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) talks to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and warns there is going to be a major blowup. TJ had encouraged her to tell him what was bothering her, because he could tell there was something going on. She could be talking about the impending custody battle she sees happening between Nikolas and Spencer, since Spencer has talked to her about it.

More likely, she’s sensing a blowup between her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Stella Henry (Vernée Watson). Portia’s wedding to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is supposed to take place Friday, but Trina senses something’s off.

GH Spoilers: Costing Everything

It’s going to cost the Cassadines everything as Nikolas heads to Wyndemere in a rage, Spencer rages against Nikolas, and even Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) is upset. Victor will bark more orders to his mole, Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) who wants out because of all the murder and mayhem. Even she has had enough as she tells Victor she wants out-but he won’t let her. In the meantime, Victor grieves a son who isn’t really dead and effects of the poison Selina Wu (Lydia Look) spiked his drink with are starting to work.

General Hospital Spoilers: Intense Confrontation

Outside Kelly’s, Austin has an intense confrontation with his cousin, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey). He has put him on notice more than one time about not messing with his friends, first with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and now with Ava Jerome (Maura West). Mason even harassed Georgie Jones (Lily Fisher) in a park which brought another collar grabbing push from Austin, which Ava had walked in on recently.

Mason may be headed for Spoon Island at the same time as Nikolas, or it could be later. Somehow Austin will end up giving Ava assistance, delivering medical news, and being her confidant about a big problem.

GH Spoilers: Is It The End For Nikolas Cassadine?

Ava is pushed too far as Nikolas pushes his way into Wyndemere to have it out with her, and is full of rage. He tells her he’s not going anywhere and a showdown will take place between the two of epic proportions. Just ahead of this scene, a woman’s bloody hand was shown – is it Ava’s? Spoilers tease Ava’s door will be darkened twice, and Spoon Island will run red with blood!
