General Hospital spoilers say that Ava Jerome is about to show everyone who is boss here and let’s just say that she won’t be making any references to Sonny Corinthos at all! In fact, she and Nikolas are about to have a showdown that you won’t want to miss. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know as things are about to get really dramatic fast.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, General Hospital Head Writer Chris Van Etten says that things are about to get nasty between Nikolas and Spencer and even more so when Ava is added to the mix.
Van Etten says, “Nikolas is incredulous when Spencer announces his intention to sue for custody of Esme’s baby. He’s in utter disbelief until Spencer makes it clear this isn’t a decision made in the heat of the moment. Spencer blames their rocky relationship, which is all but destroyed, on Nikolas’s self-interest. Spencer won’t allow his unborn sibling to suffer an unfit father. That’s when Nikolas knows Spencer is serious, and that’s when the gloves really come off.”
Now, as far as Ava is concerned, Van Etten says, “Ava doesn’t seem to hurt Nikolas. But the existence of his and Esme’s child is the final straw. Despite their tenacious love for each other, Ava won’t share a life with him if it means also sharing a life with the soon-to-be living, breathing representation of his betrayal. She doesn’t regret throwing in with Spencer – at least until Nikolas seeks her out.”
During a confrontation that turns volcanic, Nikolas begins throwing accusations at Ava’s face. The confrontation is fueled with a lot of love and hate moments that is not going to end well for either one of them. But if there’s anything we’ve learned about Ava over the years, it’s that she’s a fighter. Watch this space.
