That’s because she slept with both Adam Newman and Nick Newman at around the same time while she was still “in her feelings.” She’s still quite confused as to who she wants to spend the rest of her life with and whether or not she should tell both men the truth. 

Well, with that said, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Chloe Mitchell will accidentally let the cat out of the bag and tell Chelsea that Sally is pregnant. Chelsea, being the manipulative person that she is, might use this to her advantage.
