General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 1 show that Port Charles, New York is awash in turmoil, just as February Sweeps is around the corner. Several front burner plots are ready to explode in anticipation of sweeps month so let’s find out who is doing what to whom GH fans!

General Hospital spoilers: Michael is Worried

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is beside himself with worry over Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and their unborn baby. Willow was wheeled away for a C-section and her relatives were worried despite the doc’s reassurance. When Michael gets less than positive news, does this mean that Willow or their daughter could be about to flatline? We sincerely hope not, lately there has been enough death on the ABC soap to last many, many years.

Meanwhile, mom Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) has a word of warning for Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Liz’s mom is being strongarmed by Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and she doesn’t like it one bit. He says it’s for the good of Liz, but Carolyn may be about to spill the big beans leading to trouble for Nikolas—is his life in danger?

Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) is worried about something and this means she is about to be a buttinski again. What in the world is going on with PC DNA tests these days? Stella smells a rat and she is about to ferret it out at all costs. This cannot end well, and it could spell disaster for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) wedding.

Meanwhile, Portia’s worldy wise daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) gives Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) advice. Won’t her mom be proud. We want to know what you think GH fans, are you siding with concerned mom Portia or do you want Trina and Spencer to try and make a go of things?

GH spoilers: Nikolas Visits Esme

Elsewhere Nikolas goes to Spring Ridge to see his baby momma Esme Prince (Avery Pohl). This is a big gamble because the place is full of scary peeps like Esme’s mom and dad, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Will one or the other try and give the deadbeat dad a beatdown for deflowering their little girl?
