Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Jack Wants Nothing To Do With Gwen

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Emily O’Brien, who plays Gwen on the hit Peacock soap, admits that Jack’s ultimatum comes as a shock for her character. She tells the publication, “Jack and Xander are friends. Also, an ultimatum is the last thing you want to hear. Gwen’s completely torn. How do you ask somebody to choose between the love of their life and their father? Gwen doesn’t know what to do. In the perfect world she would be able to have both.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that for Gwen, the situation is disappointing to say the least. Emily continues, “It kind of alters her perception of Jack, presenting this to her. She has her reasons for not wanting to testify. She’s like, ‘Understand where I am coming from. Xander could end up in prison. Do you want that for him/ And are you really ready to let go of me.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Jack Making The Right Move?

Days of Our Lives spoilers further say that despite Emily’s pleas, Jack is not going to change his mind about this and especially when Gwen refuses to give in to his demands. It’s uncertain to say if he will really follow through with this and cut his daughter out of his own life. Emily adds, “She thought she was on a new level with her father and that moving forward it was going to be unconditional love. Apparently, it’s not.”
