The Young and the Restless Spoilers UPDATE Monday, January 30: Phyllis Entices Heather, Audra Burns Nate?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, January 30, reveal that naughty Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has every reason to distrust shady lady Audra Charles (Zulyeka Silver). And yet after finding out her secret, he let her remain employed at Newman Media, only for her to someday backstab him, too, we suspect.

Nate finds it necessary to give her a grilling, and what he learns is amazing.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Nate Suspects Nothing

Audra has a meeting with equally shady Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and she gives Nate an update about Tucker’s intent to get his hands on Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) gaming platform. The way he has latched onto this venture one would think Daniel is the next Elon. When Audra tells Nate what she found out, he at least has enough sense to be suspicious about Audra but she plies him with her charms—remember, Nate doesn’t yet know that her “business” with Tucker included fringe benefits!

Nate realizes that Audra needs to be watched like a hawk but she does a good job of reassuring him that he can trust her. Famous last words, right?

Y&R spoilers: Should Nate Trust Audra?

Audra will try to prove she’s loyal the best way she can—by being disloyal. The new COO intends to keep getting info from Tucker and giving it to Nate which would mean a coup if the company can woo Daniel and his gaming platform. This is all kinds of subterfuge, but then again, it’s what the Newmans do best.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Phyllis Whines

Meanwhile Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) whines to her bestie Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) about her son Daniel. Lauren just saw her own son Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) during a recent celebration of her decades as a fashion mogul. Fen brought his boyfriend and she was so happy to see him in love. Did anyone else think it awkward and awfully convenient that his SO just happens to be a Fenmore buyer in Nashville?

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Red Gets a Clue

Phyllis never heard of a meddling scheme she didn’t like so she gets to work on fixing Daniel’s love life. Yep, she tracks down Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and goes all out trying to get her back in Genoa City, Wisconsin to reunite with her precious boy. We can tell you that both Heather and their daughter do indeed return to GC, but we suspect that Red’s concocted story will have Daniel seeing red. Gotta love Phyllis!
