The actor, who is best known for his character as Dollar Bill Spencer, recently shared a new photo on his Instagram account of a beautiful Santa Monica sunset that you have to see to believe. Many of Don’s social media followers commented on the pic with, “There’s that million dollar smile that the show has been missing,” along with, “Is Sheila in the back seat?”
Speaking of Sheila, it seems like she’s got Bill Spencer under a spell. This has fans worried because they don’t know what’s going on with the publisher and head honcho of Spencer Publications. Some people believe that Sheila Carter might have put a spell on him or worse, drugged him up! That’s why he’s been so mute lately as Sheila has been doing all of the talking for him.
Some comments from troubled The Bold and the Beautiful fans have included, “The same thing l have been saying since Bill started Blackmailing Steffy with Taylor. Shelia is using Bill. That she isn’t in Love with him. She’s either using Mind Control or somehow she hypnotized Bill into thinking he’s in love with her.
