So much for wanting to get back into the royal spotlight. British Royal News says that King Charles is definitely not messing around as there are new reports that say he’s evicted his little brother Prince Andrew from Buckingham Palace. Now, that doesn’t mean that the Duke of York is homeless, but it does mean that he’s going to have to find a new place to roam the halls while at work. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Page Six, King Charles has already proven to the world that he is nothing like Queen Elizabeth and unlike his mother, he doesn’t have an ounce of sympathy for Prince Andrew. One source close to the situation even said, “The king has made it clear that Buckingham Palace is no place for Prince Andrew.”
The tipster added, “First his office closed last year and now his sleeping quarters. Andrew loved having a suite at Buckingham Palace, where he was not only set up for marital life with Sarah Ferguson but used it as a bachelor’s pad after his divorce. He brought back a string of new girlfriends to his home in the palace — even model Caprice. A bachelor’s flat in St James’ Palace doesn’t have the same allure for a single man.”
To add insult to injury, the insider sayid that King Charles told Prince Andrew that if he needs a place to sleep while in London, then his best bet would be to head over to St. James – and definitely not Buckingham Palace.
Many royal fans and critics alike commented on the matter with, “So he is kicked out of a Palace, which is going under renovation anyway, and told to move into another one of the royal family’s multimillion dollar residences, with full staffing, free of charge. How will he cope?” along with, “Funny how Andrew disgraces the royal family and pays the price but Prince Harry and his actress remain untouched for profiting through trying to destroy the family. Their fabrications and search for victim hood have caused real damage.”
