And while it was determined at the end that Liam was indeed the father of her baby, no one really knows that for sure. Because Bill and Liam are so closely related (Bill is his father after all!), there’s no knowing if the DNA test was ultimately correct. Steffy’s baby could easily be Bill’s as much as it could be Liam’s and that’s something The Bold and the Beautiful fans may never know.
