That’s because he has already figured out that Sheila Carter is clearly up to something with Bill Spencer. Sheila might only have nine toes, but she’s already proved to the world that she’s got more than nine lives. It really doesn’t matter how many times you will try to put the woman behind bars, she will just come back stronger and more willing to fight. If there’s anyone that knows this all too well, it’s Deacon. After all, he’s been duped by her many times in the past.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Deacon is going to put two and two together and realize that Sheila has definitely put a spell on Bill. That, or she did the worst thing possible and has drugged him. That might also be the reason why Bill has been so mute lately and unable to defend himself, let alone string a sentence together. And it looks like things are just going to get worse, too.

As much as he loathes Bill Spencer, he also knows that Sheila Carter can be a very dangerous woman and if drugs are involved, his life can be at stake here.
