The Young and the Restless spoilers say that fans certainly have been seeing a whole lot more of Adam Newman and Sally Spectra on the canvas these days but certainly not enough of Sharon Newman. This has prompted a lot of fans to wonder: is Sharon Case getting less screen time on The Young and the Restless because of Mark Grossman and Courtney Hope’s romance? That is sure to make things quite awkward. Here’s what you need to know.
Mark and Courtney shocked fans when they made it pretty clear that they were dating by posting several photos of them getting up close and personal on social media. This came as a surprise for many fans simply because Mark was with Sharon Case for the longest time. Even though they never officially confirmed their relationship to their fans, it was quite obvious that they were dating for several long years.
Well, fast forward to the future and clearly, Sharon is no longer in the picture. Not only that, but it seems like her character Sharon Newman has been getting less screen time in Genoa City, too. While no one knows exactly what’s going on behind closed doors with the writers, it’s pretty obvious that Courtney’s character Sally Spectra has been front and center with her baby daddy storyline. Currently, she doesn’t know if she’s pregnant with Adam Newman’s baby or with Nick Newman’s. Either way, Sharon doesn’t have much to say about this mostly because she’s been virtually absent from all of the drama!
So far Sharon Case herself has not made any comments about the matter, but that hasn’t stopped fans from wondering when she’s going to get her own storyline. It’s been way too long, right? What do you think about all of this?
