Bill seems to be in love with Sheila Carter out of all people. Everyone – and especially Steffy Forrester – were left floored when she sees Bill and Sheila enter the room as a couple together. The couple have now slept together and even declared their love for one another. 

Back in November, there was some speculation that Bill and Li were happening after all. During that time, The Bold and the Beautiful Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell said, “We’re going to see more of Bill and Li. I’m looking forward to having a great story for Don [Diamont, Bill], which will be kicking off in November. I think they have great chemistry.” As for Jack, “the character is great because he’s such an instigator. For the time being, there’s a strain between him and Li, but Jack could appear at any moment in that story.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Bill?

Not only that, but during the summer of 2022, there was some speculation about whether or not Bill and Li would be hooking up, as that’s something fans certainly wanted to see. Back then, many fans commented on the matter with, “I’m glad Li is alive and that they rescued Finn. While her + $Bill might be interesting, I’d much rather see her with Eric. She can be the new Stephanie. The only problem with Bill and Li as a couple, is, so what? Where’s the tension? The obstacles? What are they to do other than stand there together at Thanksgiving. Unless Katie changes her mind……or needs another organ. Li has proven herself capable of medical miracles,” along with, “I want to see Bill and Taylor together. That would really drive the dressmaker crazy. And Bill will have slept with mother and daughter then. Ridge would explode if he ever found out Bill and Steffie had sex.”
