According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Leo is not the reformed nice guy that everyone thinks that he is. Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actor Greg Rikaart, who plays Leo on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way, “Sonny extended himself and his home to Leo, and Leo did him wrong. That’s where Sonny is really stung, and Leo is feeling hugely remorseful. Leo tries to explain that he was trying to help a friend and nobody was supposed to get hurt, but Sonny is very emotional and not willing to hear what he has to say. Sonny sees a different picture.:

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that while Leo tries to beg for forgiveness, it might be a little too late for him. But then again, he’s also realized that he has some legitimate feelings for Sonny, too. Greg adds, “He really is quite smitten with him, and he really was trying to be a better person. 

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Leo

Ultimately, Sonny puts his foot down and he throws Leo out of the house. He is done with his nonsense. Greg explains, “Leo is disappointed with himself, but even more so, he’s really pained by how much hurt he is clearly causing Sonny. That’s affecting him in a big way.”

Now, whether or not Leo comes crawling back and begs for forgiveness, remains to be seen. After all, he’s got his heart invested in this relationship, even if Sonny doesn’t realize it. Of course, Days of Our Lives fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
