The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Courtney Hope Opens Up About Sally’s Romances With Nick And Adam

The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope recently opened up about her character Sally Spectra and all of the mixed feelings she has for the two men in her life: Adam Newman and Nick Newman. Oh, and on top of that she’s also pregnant with one of their babies. Here’s what she has to say.

Speaking to Soaps.com in a new interview, the red-headed beauty admitted that for Sally, each one of the Newman brothers does have something special to offer her character. She said, “She’s weighing the pros and cons out in her head. Adam understands who he is to her core and loves her anyway. But when he left her so abruptly, he essentially poured salt into that already deep, deep wound. Because of that, I understand what she sees in Nick. He’s got a loyalty that she needs, and he also has the stability that she craves.”

She added, “Adam and Sally are cut from a similar cloth, if not the same cloth. So I sort of see them as a match. But…”

But with that said, it doesn’t meant that Adam and Sally are meant to be with one another. But Courtney did add, “They trigger one another, and that might not be the best thing when she needs stability more than ever, thanks to the baby!”

Many Y&R fans have commented on the matter with, “I’ve come to like Sally. She has nice chemistry with both Adam and Nick and friendship with Chloe. Also she’s interacted really well with Connor. Now if the show would add her to the opening. The lag time from when an actor comes on until they get a spot is ridiculous,” along with, “Courtney Hope lucked out being paired with Joshua Morrow, who I do enjoy her with. However, Adam & Sally make more sense to me.”

Another fan wrote, “Hope Adam is the first one to found out Sally is pregnant before Nick does.”
