Days of Our Lives News: Chandler Masey Says He Loves Filming Hallmark Movies

Days of Our Lives news says that even though he had a nice, cushioned role on the hit Peacock soap, Chandler Massey says that he has been thoroughly enjoying the work that he’s been doing for the Hallmark Channel. Here’s what he has to say.

Days of Our Lives News: Chandler Masey Says He Loves Filming Hallmark Movies

While there’s no doubt that many daytime television stars often crossover to the Hallmark channel to film various different kinds of movies (and holiday ones, no less!) Chandler says that he’s been having a blast doing so on his end, too.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Chandler said, “I love those, I’m going to do another one next year. They are just so much freaking fun. The crew is great, the stories are fun and it’s just a completely positive experience for me.”

Chandler went on to say that he was so excited to run into his Days of Our Lives on-screen mos, Alison Sweeney during a recent Hallmark event in New York City. He said, “I was hoping I would see her; I didn’t know who was coming, but obviously I was and I had my eye out for Ali. I grew up on Days of Our Lives and she played my mom. My real mom, although very involved in my life, lived on the other side of the country when I filmed Days, so I definitely had a strong bond with Ali. I really think she’s an amazing person, so anytime I get to run into her, that’s a good day.”

Days of Our Lives News: What’s Next For Chandler?

Chandler also said that he would love to work on a Hallmark movie with Alison in the future. He added, “That would be awesome, so cool. Keeping my fingers crossed that one day it might happen.”
