Just when you thought you couldn’t get enough of him, get a load of this. Days of Our Lives star Steve Burton, who is best known for his role as Harris Michaels, has a new initiative for 2023 and of course, he is sharing it with the world. Here’s what you need to know.
Steve has a new eight-week program called M3 and it starts as soon as January 16th. Apparently, Steve wants to help his fans get to tip top shape in the same way that he is. According to his web site, “M3 stands for Mind, Muscle, and Macros – each of those are keys to unlocking your full potential. Not only will I give you those keys, but I’ll be with you as a fitness coach through every struggle, every victory, and every milestone.”
Earlier in December, and while sharing a new selfie on social media, Steve wrote, “As I’ve mentioned before.. Gratitude unlocks all. I hope you have an incredible Thanksgiving. I am grateful for you all.”
It was also reported that Steve has been tapped to join the main cast of Beyond Salem: Chapter 2. According to People, Steve will be reprising his role on the Peacock sudster early next year and will also have a “thrilling new storyline.” He will also be working alongside other DOOL vets such as Stephen Nichols, Mary Beth Evans, Deidre Hall and Drake Hogestyn.
Back in October, Steve took to his Instagram account to write, “For a long time I was the best version of my LIMITED self. A lot of that had to do with self belief and negative self talk and then add in some bad habits. And we wonder why we get stuck on the hamster wheel. No one blocks us from our full potential except for us. You can break through, break bad habits..reprogram so to speak..Start to reach your full potential, maybe find some clarity or just find peace..Sounds difficult? I’m not gonna lie.. it takes work. Like anything else.”
