The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if it seems like we’ve here before, it’s because we most certainly have. Not that it’s his business to get in the middle, but Victor Newman decides to give Kyle Abbott an offer that he can’t refuse. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Kyle arrives at Society for a very important meeting with Victor Newman. That’s when he spots Adam Newman and even though things aren’t that great between them, Kyle decides to talk to him, despite the fact that it looks like he’s been drinking since he got there.
Actor Michael Mealor, who plays Kyle on the hit CBS soap, says, “Kyle is like, ‘You know what, I’ve got all these frustrations to work out, why don’t I talk to Adam just for the heck of it. Their relationship has gotten worse since Adam joined Jabot, so Kyle isn’t interested in a pleasant conversation.”
While speaking to one another, Kyle notices that Adam is in a funky mood. That’s when Kyle decides to push a few buttons and finds out that Sally Spectra dumped him for his brother, Nick Newman. Michael says, “It’s like Kyle intentionally wants to pick a fight, but it’s really about his misdirected aggression.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor shows up and thanks Kyle for his meeting, while also coolly greeting his son, which Adam notices right away. Victor and Kyle then go off to their own table. Michael previews, “Kyle assumes Victor wants to talk about Diane, but Victor says that’s not it at all. He tells Kyle there’s a more pressing matter for them to discuss.”
He continues, “He doesn’t want the enemy running his family company, so he really wants to hear what Victor has in mind.”
Needless to say, The Young and the Restless fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
