The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it’s an alliance that no one saw coming, but really, should have seen coming all along. Of course, we are talking about Bill Spencer and Sheila Carter and how they are about to cause a whole lot of trouble for the residents of this fictional town of Los Angeles. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, everyone – and especially Steffy Forrester – are left floored when she sees Bill and Sheila enter the room as a couple together. Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “It makes sense when you consider where Bill is at in his life right now. Bill doesn’t feel he is deserving of anything good. With the Sheila situation, she feeds his worst instincts and he does not have to fight against them. When it comes to Sheila, he has absolute acceptance. She is not his conscience. There is no emotional complexity here. He can just be who he is. He can be his worst self.”
Don also adds that for better or for worse, Bill’s relationship with Sheila is for real. The handsome actor explains, “He understands Sheila. Bill knows Sheila is homicidal maniac, but he also understands making mistakes, making bad choices, and wanting forgiveness and how you want to right those wrongs. So, Bill has empathy for her. He has an understanding of her because he’s made his own bad decisions, which have cost him.”
With that said, it will be interesting to see if Bill’s newfound relationship with Sheila costs him his friendship with Steffy Forrester. There’s a good chance that she’s going to have something to say about it! Watch this space.
