The Young and the Restless spoilers say that this is a storyline that many viewers and fans could have certainly written on their end, too. It looks like Sally Spectra is pregnant with her first child and yes, she has absolutely no idea who the father is. All of us could have seen this coming, right? Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally on the hit CBS soap, admits that her character is frazzled after having taken a pregnancy test to find out that she is indeed pregnant. Courtney says, “This will really complicate her relationship with Nick if she’s pregnant. He’s already had his kids, so this can’t be fun for him if the baby is his or Adam’s. So it’s almost like a no-win situation.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that even with this shock, Sally is still trying to stay focused on the pitch she’s giving to a potential client about her and Chloe’s business venture. The last thing she needs right now is a pregnancy with her already complicated love triangle between Adam and Nick and of course, all of the drama that she’s dealing with at work.
Courtney says, “This is Sally’s chance to do something on her own and be successful. The fashion platform at Newman Media was Chloe’s idea and Sally was happy to be a part of it and she learned a lot. Now this commercial interior design business is Sally’s brainchild with Chloe joining her. However, she can’t help but to think that a pregnancy would throw a big wrench into her plans.”
It will definitely be interesting to see how Sally will get herself out of this situation and of course find out who the baby daddy really is!
