Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander Is Forced To Come Clean With Sarah

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Xander knows the walls are closing in on him, and that’s why he’s being forced to come up with an alternative plan. Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander Is Forced To Come Clean With Sarah

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Paul Telfer, who plays Xander on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way, “Xander thinks that he may have gotten away with this in the near term, and the best thing to do is to get out of there before anything else comes up. So why not have a nice romantic getaway and also get Sarah away from anybody who might notice and reveal any more clues or inconsistencies in Xander and Gwen’s coverup? While the coast is clear, he wants to get the hell out of Salem.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers also says that Bonnie and Justin figure out that Rednax, the company that Xander says that he’s been working for, doesn’t exist. That, and Gwen is being forced to cover up for him. 

Paul adds, “Xander is feeling panic, both in the sense of not wanting to get caught criminally, and also the sheer terror of Sarah finding out what he did and that he has been lying to her about it. They lie is almost worse at this point, because he’s had multiple opportunities to come clean and throw himself on her mercy.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Xander?

With that said, the jig is up sooner  than Xander expects, when Sarah, who has been following him, reveals herself to him. Uh-oh! Paul previews, “Ultimately Xander has no excuses. It just come down to weakness of character, to ego and this desperate need to become something that he isn’t.”
