According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, the two exes are actually very happy to see one another, even though it’s a bit of a shock for CHristine. Lauralee Bell, who plays the beautiful blonde on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “She knew Danny was in town but she assumed they wouldn’t cross paths, so it’s wonderful timing that they run into each other.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that the two ex love birds reminisce about their past together but their visit comes to an end when Mariah and Tessa show up to meet with Christne. Lauralee continues, “They have this kind of amazing reunion. It covers happiness and it covers some sadness, and it is a nice way to reintroduce them. And when it’s time to go, Christine and Danny leave the coffee shop together into the unknown. Maybe down the line we will find out if anything happened after they left. Maybe nothing at all, or maybe something did.”
