British Royal News: The Royal Family Condemned For Staying Quiet About The Jeremy Clarkson Scandal

Could it be that Meghan Markle was right along? Maybe. Apparently, media outlets from all over the world are condemning the silence of the British Royal Family on Jeremy Clarkson. Many critics say that it is inadmissible as a well as shameful that nothing is being said at this point. Here’s what you need to know.

In the piece, Clarkson wrote, “We all know in our heart of hearts that Harold Markle is a slightly dim but fun-loving chin who flew Apache helicopter gunships in Afghanistan and cavorted around Las Vegas hotel rooms with naked hookers. But then along came Meghan, who obviously used some vivid bedroom promises to turn him into a warrior of woke. At night, I’m unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, ‘Shame!’ and throw lumps of excrement at her. Everyone who’s my age thinks the same way.”

And while Clarkson himself has issued an apology for what he wrote, it really didn’t come out as an apology, though.  “Oh dear. I’ve rather put my foot in it. In a column I wrote about Meghan, I made a clumsy reference to a scene in Game Of Thrones and this has gone down badly with a great many people. I’m horrified to have caused so much hurt and I shall be more careful in future,” Clarkson tweeted.

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike have commented on the matter with, “That’s what gets me. It’s such a simple thing to do and yet they can’t do it. That’s their entire problem wrapped up in one little ball–they’re such terrible, awful, disgusting people that they can’t even bring themselves to do something so easy and right because they can’t get out of their own petty hatred bubble. It’s infuriating,” along with, “Yep, they could have cleared this up at once by her office releasing a very specific message condemning that statement, but nope. They’re playing their usual game of telephone with the royal rota.”

Another critic wrote, “Charles has waited his entire life for this moment and its been going to hell since day one. People admired and respected Liz because she was queen longer than most of us were alive and didn’t get visibly linked to much scandal. The rest of the family is another matter and after years of entitlement and being protected people are now seeing more clearly just how awful they truly are.”
