The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Genoa City, it’s that it’s a place full of secrets that are both good and bad. While Sharon gets into the holiday spirit at Crimson Lights, she realizes that this is her first holiday without Rey Rosales, who passed away earlier in the year. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Tessa announces that she and Mariah are meeting with a pregnant woman in the hopes that they can adopt her baby. Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actress Camryn Grimes, who plays Mariah on the hit CBS soap, says, “Mariah wanted to keep this on the down low. She didn’t want to get everybody’s hopes up, like they did with the first expectant mother, and there was so much disappointment when that didn’t happen. So, given a choice, Mairah would have preferred waiting before spreading the news.”
Camryn added, “But she’s not mad at Tessa. They have not only very much prepared themselves for the idea of becoming parents, but also the possibility that they are going to encounter potential challenges before their dream comes to fruition.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that while Sharon is very happy with the news, she tries not to get too overjoyed. Camryn says, “She’s totally excited for Mariah and Tessa but she wants to remain strong for them, just in case. But on Christmas Day, they find out they are one step closer to motherhood.”
