Clearly, things weren’t supposed to happen this way. General Hospital spoilers say that in a surprise move, Brook Lynn is going to get pink slipped by Chase. Talk about a turn of events for these two, right? Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, even though Brook Lynn is still feeling crushed over her break up with Chase, she’s hoping to salvage their plan to take down Linc and presses him to go through with his duet performance with Blaze.
Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actress Amanda Setton, who plays Book on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way, “I think she really does think Chase is an amazing singer and performer and since he doesn’t currently have a job, he can still make money doing this. She’s also coming from this vulnerable place of not wanting to fail, and not wanting to be embarrassed by the inability to deliver her end of the bargain. She doesn’t want to look like a fraud to both Linc and Blaze, so she tries to get him to see how important it is to keep his commitment – not just to her but to Blaze as well.”
General Hospital spoilers say that Chase refuses to see her pitch and declares that he is no longer employing Brook Lynn as her manager. Talk about hitting where it hurts the most. Brook Lynn is left absolutely devastated.
Amanda explains, “She has never had this deep, intimate connection with anyone before so for him to just walk away from her and what they had built together, personally and professionally, and not see where she was coming from at all, she is pummeled.”
We have a feeling that Brook Lynn is not going to take this lightly. Of course, General Hospital fans will have to tune in this week to find out what will happen next.
