While it might seem like Adam is willing to do anything to make Sally his officially, fans are just not feeling it. They think that it’s high time Adam was given a new love interest by the writers of the show. That’s because a lot of people have noticed that the chemistry has died down a bit between Adam and Sally in front of the cameras – or at least it sure does seem that way.

Needless to say, many The Young and the Restless fans have certainly weighed in on the matter on social media. Some comments have included, “Writers please bring someone new for Adam that’s going to last. Goodbye Sally hope you enjoy what’s coming for you,” along with, “Sally needs to keep walking when she sees Adam, how many times is she going to keep repeating the same thing. You made your choice to move on like you claim you want to.”

Another critic wrote, “What is the point of having Sally mention Adam to Nick? Not necessary. Their interaction was weird and creepy, as usual. As for Adam and Sally, again, what’s the point if she is moving on with Nick? It’s obvious they still love each other but as long as Adam moves on I’m good. I’m tired of him being involved with Nick and Sally. He’s the better person, by far. Let’s see if the Nick Sally ship can float on its own without the propping from Adam. I doubt it.”
