The Young and the Restless news suggests that there might be just as much drama going on off camera as there is on camera these days on the set of the hit CBS soap. That’s because a lot of fans can’t help but wonder if things might be a little awkward between Sharon Case and her ex-boyfriend, Mark Grossman. It seems as though Mark has moved on from Sharon with his other co-star, Courtney Hope. Talk about a messy love triangle, right? Well, it’s not like we haven’t seen this before. Here’s what you need to know.
For the longest time, it seemed as though Mark and Sharon were dating even though they never really said anything or made any official statements about it. Yet, they certainly were spending a lot of time with one another and looked quite cozy in each other’s social media posts. Well, it seems like all of that is in the past now because Mark seems to be doing the exact same thing with Courtney Hope now. At least when it comes to their Instagram posts, right?
Just recently, Mark, who isn’t on social media very often, shared a few photos of his adventure in Tulum, Mexico with Courtney by his side. And while it’s easy to assume that these two are dating, they could very well be friends that just happen to like going on vacation with one another, right? Well, who are we kidding? These two make a ridiculously good looking pair and seem to be enjoying each other’s company in more ways than one.
What’s more, it seems as though the writers of The Young and the Restless are now looking to put Sharon’s character Sharon Newman with Chance Chancellor. That, and Adam Newman and Sally Spectra have grown very close, suggesting that the real life Sharon might not want anything to do with her ex-boyfriend. Either way, one can only wonder how everyone is dealing with the watercooler gossip on the set of the show.
