General Hospital spoilers reveals Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was starting to think she might be able to give Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) another chance to prove he is worthy of her love. What she got instead of a warm reception from him was a dose of reality. When Ava finds out Nikolas is holding Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) hostage in the north tower of Wyndemere — and that she’s pregnant, all bets will be off. When Nikolas tells Elizabeth that he had no choice but to tell Ava what is going on, she’s going to lose it — and rightfully so. She just risked everything for Nikolas to help him with Esme, and she ended her relationship with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to protect their secret hostage situation. Now, she is sure a furious Ava is going to blow the lid off of everything. What will Elizabeth do with her boys if she’s headed to Pentonville?
