General Hospital spoilers say that Spencer is in for a rude awakening. When his early release from Pentonville doesn’t lead to the happy homecoming that he was hoping for, as he overhears Rory say that he loves Trina. Spencer then believes that the feeling must be mutual between them. Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Gets A Wild Surprise

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Nicholas Chavez, who plays Spencer on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way in an interview, “He tries to exude confidence because they are in a public place and he’s in front of his competition, Rory, and he’s not going to show any weakness. In private, it’s a very different story. He’s completely self-conscious and has tons of self-doubt. You know, ‘What does Rory have that I don’t?’”

General Hospital spoilers say that when he returns to Wyndermere, Spencer lets out all of his frustrations on his estranged father, Nikolas. Nicholas explains, “It’s not so much about Spencer confiding in his father. I think that Spencer is so livid with himself that he is willing to vent to anyone who will listen, the fact that it is his dad is circumstantial. Spencer expresses a lot of anger, and anger is a pretty surface-level emotion; there are usually deep lawyers of hurt that reside underneath that. And at this point in their relationship, Spencer is not willing to let Nikolas see those deeper lawyers because he hasn’t earned the right to see that with his behavior.”

In other words, it sounds like Nikolas Nikolas is at a crossroads in his relationship with both Trina and his father.
