Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Wendy Confronts Li – Wants Answers Over Stefan

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Johnny and Wendy return from Indonesia and confront EJ and Li about their roles in brainwashing Stefan. Remington Hoffman, who plays Li on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way to the publication in a new interview, “This is Li’s worst nightmare. Wendy’s the first person to find out about his debacle, besides Rolf. Li feels bad about what he’s done, but the cunning side of him doesn’t like to get caught. So it’s 50/50. He emotionally feels bad. He knows what he’s doing isn’t right. But there’s also the part of him who knows that he’ll do anything to be with Gabi, even if it means drugging his sister and Johnny.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that at first, Li denies that he was even involved, but eventually does let the cat out of the bag and tells the truth. He also tells the truth about what he did to Stefan, knowing that it’s not going to go over too well with Wendy. Hoffman explains, “There’s just too much overwhelming evidence, and there’s a tipping point where he has to be honest with his sister, because she’s his sister. His family allegiance overrides his need to continue to lie.”

That said, Li still feels justified regarding what he did to Stefan and implores his sister to keep mum. He doesn’t think it’s right for the two of them to say anything more about the matter at this point moving forward. Hoffman further adds, “Li is convincing and gets Wendy to see it from his perspective. Wendy cares about Gabi, but Li is her brother.”
