General Hospital Spoilers: Joss Confesses Her Feelings for Dex to the Only Person Who Can Understand

General Hospital spoilers tease, Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) has been struggling to come to grips with her budding feelings for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). She’s supposed to love Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton). She’s been his friend for years; they grew up together. Her heart shouldn’t be in the wrong place, but it is. No matter how much time she spends with Cam, things just don’t feel the same as they used to. Meanwhile, sparks are flying every time Dex comes around. What gives? Joss is in need of some sage advice, and she knows just where to find it.

Joss has been trying to balance her feelings for Cam and Dex, and it just isn’t working out. Clearly, she’s going to have to choose one or the other. She thought she could just write off the chemistry she was having with Dex as excitement, or the lure of a bad boy, but that’s never been her type. Cam is her type. So why is she going in another direction now? As of late, she’s been able to commiserate a bit with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), who knows how it feels to be torn between two guys, but Trina doesn’t have experience solving that problem.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is Joss’ mother. So it’s fair to say she probably knows Joss better than anyone, and she will always give her the benefit of the doubt that she’s not intending to do the wrong thing. Still, when Joss tells Carly that she kissed Dex, the look on her mother’s face is going to say it all. Joss knows better, she just needs someone to hold her accountable and remind her of the path she’s trying to stay on.

Carly is usually pretty good about letting her kids come to her in their own time. She doesn’t pass judgment very often, despite how frequently she does toward anyone who isn’t her child. She also doesn’t tend to stick her nose into her kids’ business unless she thinks they’re in danger. Might Carly feel like Dex is an unsafe match compared to Cam? Sure, but does she have any room to talk after the slew of mob men she’s cozied up to over the years?
