The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Ridge Forrester has certainly been in this position many, many, and many times before. Ridge is about to make things official with his ex-wife Taylor Hayes again, but just like any wedding that goes down in this fictional town of Los Angeles, there certainly is going to be some doubt and some drama. Here’s what you need to know.
Ridge is apparently not bothered at all to be getting married so far after his annulment from his other ex-wife, Brooke Logan. Actor Thorsten Kaye, who plays Ridge on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “I think there are many parts of Ridge that are childlike, and this is one of them. He wants what he wants when he wants it. Plus, he gets a certain feeling and he wants that feeling to last. So I think, yeah, he rushed it a little bit, but he didn’t want to change hid mind.”
Even though Ridge is getting married pretty quickly, that doesn’t mean he’s totally closed the chapter with his ex, Brooke. Thorsten explains, “I think when you love someone, you can’t choose not to love them, but at some point you are gonna say that this is not good for you. And I think that’s where Ridge is now; he feels that Brooke is just not good for him, that there will always be a Deacon or a Bill or something shiny that’s going to make her shift her focus.”
With all of that said, it seems like the only thing on Ridge’s mind right now is marrying Taylor. Thorsten previews that at the wedding Taylor “looks stunning comes down the stairs. And it’s one of those moments where you think, ‘This is your future coming toward you.’ He’s absolutely convinced that they can make it work.”
