General Hospital spoilers tease Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) isn’t ready for what she’s about to hear. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) warns Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) tha their secret is in jeopardy. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is adamant that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) starts talking. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) gives Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) a stern warning. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) looks Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) square in the eye. Carly tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) a big fat lie. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is ready to run.
Britt has known since she was first diagnosed with Huntington’s Disease that this day was coming. Her symptoms have been kicked into high gear for a few weeks now and there’s no sense in lying to herself anymore. Britt is going to receive some rather bad news on Monday, November 21st. Might it be that she’s right and this is the beginning of the end? Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) is going to show up for moral support to hold her hand.
When Carly and Drew sneak away for a few moments alone, she’s going to break it to him gently that someone knows about them. Is she talking about Joss, or is there more to the story? How long can these two keep their budding romance under wraps?
Robert is tired of guessing what’s going on with Holly, and he’s twice as tired of pretending he’s okay with being kept in the dark. When he confronts her and asks for answers, she’s going to stumble over her words. Will she drop a clever tell that lets Robert know she’s in trouble? Something’s gotta give because right now Robert knows she’s working with Victor and he’s pissed. Will Holly be able to make him understand?
When Cody reaches out to Scott for advice, he’s not going to like what Scott has to say. Sure, the guy doesn’t really care for Cody and probably wouldn’t mind seeing him lose the necklace he’s chasing after, or Britt. From where Scott sits, it doesn’t look like Cody has great odds of securing either one of them. Scott’s advice? Get out of town!
Valentin is about to come face-to-face with the man who has ripped his life out from under him this past year — his own father, Victor. They haven’t seen each other since Valentin got back from Switzerland with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) in tow. Will Valentin still cower in his dear old dad’s presence now that he lacks leverage over him?
Sonny is going to stumble upon some information that might be valuable to him. That is, until Carly lays it on thick with a lie and diverts his attention to something else. When he meets with Brick (Stephen A. Smith), he’s still not going to get the information he wanted from him, and Brick is going to question whether something has changed with their friendship.
Dex’s fever breaks while taking up space in Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) bed, and that’s all he was waiting for before he pulled himself up by his bootstraps and headed straight to Sonny’s place. He knows both of his bosses must be eager to hear from him, but Joss is going to stop him in his tracks and insist he doesn’t run off yet. Before Dex attempts to head out, he’ll ask a big favor of Joss.
