General Hospital spoilers say that Willow sure has never had to deal with so many different issues like this in her life before. Now that her leukemia has progressed to stage IV, Willow decides that it’s now or never when it comes to searching for her biological parents. General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Makes A Huge Decision About Her Future

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Katelyn MacMullen, who plays Willow Tate on the hit ABC soap, puts it this way, “The night she tells Michael about having cancer, they are discussing, ‘Well, what are the next steps?’ And Willow says, ‘Well, according to Dr. Randolph, I need to get a bone marrow transplant.’ They talk about her finding her family because relatives have a much higher probability of being a bone marrow match versus a stranger. They are like, ‘Okay, I think it’s time to find my birth parents.’ And Willow obviously think back to the commune that she was living on when she was a baby, the commune from her earliest days and thinks, ‘We should probably start there.’”

General Hospital spoilers say that Willow and Michael start doing some research about the commune when Drew – out of all people – comes along and admits that he had no idea that Carly has been keeping a secret about the identity of Willow’s birth mother a secret this entire time.

Kate adds that once Drew comes on to the scene, They get into the conversation about her looking for her parents, and he offers to help. Willow is super into it because she thinks the more people on this, the better.”
